3 Step startup and warranty process

We have a 3 Step startup and warranty process. We offer a variety of online forms to guide contractors and distributor technicians at every stage of the startup process.

step 1: preparation for startup

Complete and submit this form in advance of the unit's installation to allow for schematic review and component acknowledgment.

Fill and submit this form online before installing the unit (unit is NOT yet installed)

step 2: pre startup checklist

This step is mandatory and must be completed at least 10 business days prior to the proposed startup date.

Fill and submit this form online before a startup support date can be scheduled with distributor technician. This is mandatory and must be completed by distributor startup technician at least 10 business days prior to the proposed startup date.

step 3: Startup and Commissioning

Using our distributor trained technicians we will support startups remotely to ensure the units are successfully setup and functioning as intended. This is mandatory when processing warranty.

Warranty

We will assist in evaluating and handling warranty claims

For all warranty claims an online form must be completed and submitted online.
